Join Annette and learn how to use the breathe, the five senses, and body scanning to create physical and mental openness in the mind and body. Learning how to do this will advance your yoga practice and further your meditation skills. It will turn the sometimes frustrating experience of meditation into something accessible. Leaving, students will take this new sense of understanding off their mat and into their daily life: decreasing daily-life stress, increasing the ability to sustain time on task, and engage in more fulfilling relationships with others.
