Insight meditation is simply the practice of sitting – of being present to whatever occurs to us or within us at any given moment. When we get quiet and remove the overlay of perception, judgment, and commentary, we can begin to see more clearly habits of the mind and our own conditioned patterns of clinging and resistance. As we begin to understand the truth of how things are, we see for ourselves what brings suffering in our lives; and what brings happiness and freedom. As insight deepens, we can integrate and manifest wisdom and compassion into all aspects of life… and live more fully ! In this yoga workshop you will enjoy deep stretches while using massage balls and receiving hands on adjustments inspired by Thai Yoga Massage techniques. You will discover a sense of releasing tension and tightness that only an experienced sense of touch can provide. You will feel a sense of relaxation and well being as you learn to move more freely, gain strength and eliminate pain in muscles and joints. $30 early bird until March 7th and $35 after and at the door!
