Barre, developed by ballet dancers, helps to strengthen and tone the body in an accessible yet challenging, conditioning workout. In this workshop, we will delve into efficient, effective, and anatomically sound setup of sequences targeting individual muscle groups. No previous barre, dance, or yoga experience necessary—great for beginners and advanced students alike.
Join Annette and learn how to use the breathe, the five senses, and body scanning to create physical and mental openness in the mind and body. Learning how to do this will advance your yoga practice and further your meditation skills. It will turn the sometimes frustrating experience of meditation into something accessible.
